BERCI-KAPLAN DCI® Video Laryngoscope
The development of our DCI® Video Laryngoscope is based on the simple idea of integrating an endoscopic system within a standard laryngoscope blade. In this system, the camera is incorporated in an ergonomically designed handle. The DCI® Video Laryngoscope is the optimal solution for teaching and training routine intubation under total visual control.
KARL STORZ finished the development for a new blade, which extends the product range of the DCI® Video Laryngoscope System. For the pediatric we can now offer the blades MILLER 0 and MILLER 1 and the new MACINTOSH 2 blade.
Product features:
- Training: due to the standard blade form and the image representation on a monitor, this system is suitable outstanding for the training.
- System solution: the available standard blades MILLER 0 and 1 as well as MACINTOSH 2 for the pediatric can be changed fast and surely by the DCI® camera module as interface to the monitor (e.g. TELE PACK).
- Image representation: by the high number of the picture and light conductors a high definition, bright and clear picture can be represented. The integrated electronic filter is optimally coordinated with the video laryngoscope; the Moiré effect is completely eliminated.
- Hygiene: the simple treatment is given owing to the stainless steel and skillful design in the European closed form. They can be prepared with EtO-/FO-Gas, Steris® and Sterrad®
- Trauma: The closed European blade form makes a non-traumatic employment possible.
